Enzymatic neutral detergent, non-foaming and degreasing

Description

Bi-enzymatic piping detergent containing an enzyme cocktail effective in eliminating organic contamination (fats and proteins). Authorised for cleaning surfaces and objects in contact with foodstuffs (according to the order of 19th Dec. 2013 amending the order of 8th Sept. 1999).
